When checking BGA connection with Microfocus X-ray Inspection System, being
able to observe from an angle with high magnification is required.
MH3090-MA is equipped with newly developed X-ray generator with Wide Angle
X-ray Cone Beam, allowing easy aquisition of angled view, by simple inclination
of the detector. Having this new technology, this system can observe from
angle without losing magnification.
MH3090-M has an option of adding theta-axis turning device. This turning
device allows the sample to be rotated 360 degrees in two directions without
limitations.
